Albemarle artist Miriam Escofet unveils her stunning portrait of Queen Elizabeth II. Commissioned by the Foreign and Commonwealth Office (FCO) as a “lasting tribute to Her Majesty’s service” to diplomacy, the portrait was revealed to the Queen via video call.
